On Monday, December 3, we're going to celebrate the launch of Eater Louisville with our friends from Woodford Reserve and some very special guests. Chef Levon Wallace of host restaurant Proof on Main will be on hand with a dazzling array of bites—grilled oysters, tobacco duck, larded "beer-cheese," bison tongue, and more. And we're going to wash it all down with bourbon cocktails and tastings from Woodford.
