The owner of Sully's Saloon and Maker's Mark Lounge plans to open The Tavern on 4th "an upscale bar" for professionals in the 30 and older crowd at Fourth Street Live! according to WDRB 41. "Plans call for Tavern on 4th to take over the second floor of the Kaufmann Straus building as well as possibly the entire property vacated by the Improv comedy club." [WDRB 41]
