Louisville Food Tour Explores NuLu, Garage Bar Adds Friday Lunch, exBEERiment at the Science Center

NULU—Offering "culinary adventures" in the East Market District, the Louisville Food Tour launched on Oct. 5. Tours kick off at WHY Louisville Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. While the 2.5-hour tour's five to seven stops rotate, they include Against the Grain, Cake Flour, Garage Bar, La Coop: Bistro à Vins, Toast on Market, Rye on Market, Wiltshire on Market, Ghyslain and Taco Punk. $48 per person. NULU—A new member of theEater 18, Garage Bar recently added Friday lunch service from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The menu (download a .pdf of it here or view it at the end of this post) is a mix of its brunch and dinner menus. This adults-only event will feature beer samples and a variety of science programming related to beer (you know, to justify why you're drinking in the Science Center).
