The parent company of Wild Eggs is looking at another "Wild" restaurant concept, this time involving tequila. J.D. Rothberg and Shane Hall of Eggheadz LLC plan to open Wild Rita's at 455 E. Market Street in downtown Louisville, a "modern Mexican and Tequila Bar" which reportedly will have nearly 100 different tequila selections.
