Chef Edward Lee shared his culinary expertise with the lucky guests at the latest stop for Knob Creek's Big Flavor Dinner Series. The menu, which included a pork tenderloin, pork loin, and fried pork cracklins entrée, was matched with a variety of Knob Creek® offerings like Knob Creek® Rye Whiskey and Smoked Maple Whiskey. Knob Creek® Distillery Expert Theo Rutherford was also on hand to share fun facts and whiskey history, while chef Lee led a no-holds-barred butchering demonstration.
