The GoToLouisville team behind the Urban Bourbon Trail now offers a guide to the multiple incarnations of "Louisville's sandwich," the Hot Brown. VP Marketing Communications Stacy Yates tells the CJ "We're ramping up our efforts to tell Louisville's culinary story, and the Hot Brown just kept rising to the top of the discussion." About 40 versions are featured, from mole at the Mayan Cafe to a Hot Brown soup at the Bristol. Guides are available at the visitor's center at 301 S. Fourth St., or through GTL's website.
