The Louisville Metropolitan Business Development Corporation (METCO) approved several business loans, including money for a new Goss Avenue pizza parlor as well as funds for Highlands Tap Room and Wild Eggs. Laura Clemmons and Robert Neely borrowed $60,000 to open a new pizza parlor in a former VFW post; Tommy and Sally Clemons around $45,000 for renovations and expansions of Highlands Tap Room. Eggheadz LLC received a $100,000 loan from METCO, allowing the fourth location of Wild Eggs to open. [Courier-Journal]
