Today is Eater's Hot Chefs Day (for more info, read the rules). Through three rounds of voting, you're picking Louisville's hottest chef. The first round has four pools of four chefs each. Round 1, Pool C features Proof on Main's executive chef Levon Wallace, Proof's sous chef Jonathan Searle, Rye on Market's chef de cuisine Joe Banet and Feast BBQ's general manager Chip Hartley.
