The owners of the historic Bauer's restaurant building on Brownsboro Road will be able to demolish nearly all of the building...Under the revised plan approved by architectural review committee for individual landmarks, the studs of two facades of the original structure will be saved and moved forward 10 feet to a new foundation slab that will constructed.
