Burger Week 2013 comes to a close today and we're wrapping up with Fryday Friday. Which restaurant serves Louisville's tastiest fries and why? Are they yam fries, steak fries, curly fries, waffle fries, crinkle cut fries or shoestring fries? Are they covered in aioli, BBQ sauce, chili cheese, honey mustard, ketchup, or mayonnaise (In Holland, I've seen 'em do it, man. They fuckin' drown em in that shit.)? And, hell yes, poutine is eligible.
