Harvest and New Albanian Brewing Company are teaming up for a four-course beer dinner with live music from Scott Moore on April 6 at 6 p.m. The snout-to-tail menu features red wattle hog from Barr Farms. Cocktail hour includes Harvest's hog jowl scones with an open-faced pastrami tongue and cheek Rueben. Dinner will include pozole made with beer brined head, trotters and hocks, porchetta with pickled ramp relish and crispy ears, and pork roast with crispy pork rillons. $65 (not including tax and gratuity).
