Three months after leaving the Anchorage Cafe, chef Andrew Myers has joined the Holy Grale full-time starting this week.
"I have really been working there since I left the cafe," Myers said. "I worked two or three days a week with them and then at Proof [on Main] and I spent a couple weeks at 610 [Magnolia] around Derby."
"I always kind of felt like there was something there between Josh [Lehman, Holy Grale's executive chef]," Myers said. "I think we approach things in the same way."
"The days I did worked there, it was just a great staff and a great place to be. At the end of the day it is all about being around people that you like to work with and I really like working with all those guys."
