Rye on Market's wasabi soda, used in its Grave Digger cocktail was included in Zagat's "8 Strange and Innovative Cocktails from Around the U.S." To make the Grave Digger, Doug Petry, Rye's bar manager, takes the spicy "soda and combines it with Bulleit Rye, lemon and an Italian herbal liquor called Strega."
