Varanese Restaurant will host the 27th Annual Billy's Burger Bash on Derby Day (St., May 4) at from 11 p.m. to the wee hours of Sun., May 5. The party, named for Emmy-winning freelance field producer for NBC's Kentucky Derby coverage Billy Rapaport. The Burger Bash tradition began when Rapaport wanted a place to relax with his media pals after a long week at the track.
