Edward Lee, Louisville's second most famous chef after the one who resides at Cave Hill, was on NBC's Today show this morning. In the segment, 610 Magnolia and MilkWood's chef/owner showed a cohost who's not Matt Lauer but might be some day how to make a rice bowl with chicken and miso remoulade. Lee was promoting his new cookbook, Smoke & Pickles.
