The Bard's Town's Patio: 'A Stubborn Outside, with an Aspect of Iron' (and Plastic)

New, 5 comments

There are restaurants where the outdoor dining space is an artfully designed Shangri-La, where diners' experiences are augmented by nature's bounty.

And then there's The Bard's Town, which plopped a few plastic chairs and tables in a parking lot and cordoned them off with bike racks. Although in the restaurant, pub and theater's defense, maybe it's not a patio but rather the setting for a late-period Samuel Beckett revival.
