About six weeks after launching full-fledged dinner service, Down One Bourbon Bar has changed its menus, releasing new lunch and dinner menus for the summer.

A revised beverage menu will be unveiled shortly as well, according to Down One's General Manager, Christian Hattemer. It will feature the barrel (120 bottles) of Elijah Craig that's scheduled to be delivered today (attention anyone looking to pull off a bourbon heist).
"The Elijah is from the 7th floor of the rick, has a lot of extraction, big maple syrup overtones and a great expression of where it was made and stored," Hattemer wrote in an email.
