610 Magnolia's annual Pizza & Pinot party sold out within hours of being announced. Chef/owner Edward Lee, in between stops in Houston and the West Coast on his Smoke and Pickles book tour, was back in Louisville, working the Wine Studio's backyard brick oven. After an outdoor wine tasting on a crisp late-spring early evening, guests retreated into the Dwell magazine-esque Wine Studio for four different pizzas, including the pork trio: loin, shredded tail, bacon, spicy sauce, collards, Kim-chi and Fontina.
