Rye's debuted Monday night at a five-course dinner. Each course paired with a craft cocktail, some of which were be exclusive to the event. The cocktails are divided into currents, standards and classics.
Volare introduced its new cocktail menu last night at a launch party that benefited APRON, which provides financial relief to local food and beverage industry workers who work at locally owned establishments and are experiencing financial distress. Its cocktails are classified as apertivos, principales and digestovs.
