New KFC Concept Being Tested on Bardstown Road will go to 11

That new concept KFC is testing on Bardstown Road will be called KFC eleven Business First reports, citing a job ad for the restaurant's general manager on Career Builder. "Flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and rice bowls share the menu with refreshing new drinks and indulgent sweets," according to the posting.

Insider Louisville also is reporting, "the new concept will include new cooking technology in an open kitchen, with the overall feel more casual dining than fast food. Unfortunately, sources confirm KFC 11 will not include alcoholic beverage sales like the Route 25 KFCs in Japan."

We're opening KFC eleven, a fast casual test store in Louisville, KY, for an exciting opportunity for GMs and Multi-unit District Managers who have excelled in their careers. We're looking for a passion for food, for people and fun! We're doing things differently and would like candidates with fast casual, full service or fine dining experience.
