Havana Rumba Express Receives an A on Follow-up Health Inspection

Today Havana Rumba Express & Tapas Bar received a 97 (A) on its follow-up health inspection. Last week you could almost smell the smoke from the brakes of Highlands strollers when the popular Bardstown Road fast-casual Cuban and Spanish restaurant received a 73 (C) on its first health inspection after opening.

"As we promised our customers on our apology letter; we just received an A from the Health Department!" owner Marcos Lorenzo said via email.
