What's Louisville's best Mexican restaurant? Best, of course, is a relative term, especially when it comes to Mexican cuisine. For some, it'll be fresh, locally sourced ingredients with the formerly living taco elements having led a happy life, full of frolicking in fields before slaughter. For others, it's a cheap $5 taco plate where you're not even sure if the meat is completely dead. Not judging. Either way, let us know in the comments. Sadly, please remember that the Louisville-based Chi-Chi's has been out of business for almost a decade and, therefore, is ineligible. But if a local spot has resurrected Chi-Chi's fried ice cream, the muse for both fusion and molecular gastronomy, let us know about that.
