St. Charles Exchange's new executive chef, Mark Ford, is launching Sunday brunch service on Aug. 18. "The menu will be changing slightly week by week and with a good enough response we're considering a Saturday brunch as well," Ford said via email.
The inaugural menu features seven entrees (all $15), including a BLT benedict, Chilaquiles and buttermilk pancakes with bourbon whipped cream. Download the menu as a .pdf here or view it at the end of this post.
