It's been a busy few months at Haymarket Whiskey Bar. Matthew Landan's former Derby City Espresso added a 30-foot bar to its front room, which allowed it to bring back espresso service. Made by Shine Contracting, which constructed Silver Dollar, the bar is made of bourbon barrel staves, reclaimed wood, copper and locally made glass, Landan said. In the past month, Haymarket Whiskey Bar joined the Urban Bourbon Trail and was ranked one of America's 55 best bourbon bars by the Bourbon Review.
