Insider Louisville's Steve Coomes posted a lengthy interview with Juan Segoviano, the 33-year-old who doesn't have a high school degree but owns, in full or part, five Señor Iguana's in Kentuckiana. "When I was 27, I came to visit a friend in Louisville, and I knew I was going to open up a restaurant here. I saw an opportunity. We found a place in Clarksville, and my dad had a small share in the partnership. We had the money to do it because we had saved." [Insider Louisville]
