Summer is winding down and the cooler weather not only has you bringing your trendy scarves and beanies out of storage, but also has restaurants revamping their menus. As the local eateries say goodbye to cold soups, heirloom tomatoes, and watermelons, and welcome pumpkins, apples, and all things Oktoberfest, you may find yourself missing one of those signature summer dishes.
