St. Matthews is getting, wait for it...a new Burger King (you were expecting it to be another dentist's office, right?). A Louisville Courier-Journal report states that a new Burger King will replace a soon-to-be-demolished one at 4030 Shelbyville Road (and this is the restaurant news the C-J opts to cover). In addition, "the project also will include closing one entrance and relocating another one." [Louisville Courier-Journal]
