The Louisville Street Food Alliance blog reports that the "wonderful banh mi and poutine truck, French Indo Canada has decided to call it a day and hang up their propane tanks." The post goes on to say that owner Rob Ross is "looking forward to a new career in real estate." For one last hurrah, however, Ross will be throwing a "huge going away brunch Sunday, Feb. 2nd from 11-3 at one of our favorite watering holes, Seidenfaden's Cafe at 1134 East Breckenridge." LSFA also says that along with signature dishes such as miso buttered hash browns with sriracha maple glaze, "the truck itself will also be on the menu Sunday."
