Derick Kelly has come back to Louisville to take on chef duties at Hillbilly Tea's Louisville location. Kelly recently spent six months managing the Shanghai branch of the Appalachian cuisine cafe, but now replaces Eric Shaw as chef of the Louisville outpost. Executive chef Arpi Lengyel at the moment is still in Shanghai. [Courier-Journal]
