Kathy Cary Talley Vineyards Tasting Tuesday

"We have a very exciting wine maker coming to town this Tuesday, Feb. 18th. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and possibly at least one other wine will be offered as Kathy Cary puts on a fast-designed four-course menu paired with wines from Talley Vineyards. Located in California's Central Coast, Talley has been praised by wine-maven Robert Parker for its "world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir" as well as the family-owned company's commitment to sustainable farming. Lilly's will offer a celery root bisque, crispy skin snapper with salsify purée, lamb with kale and a Capriole goat cheese dessert.
