Atlanta chefs Todd Richards of The Shed at Glenwood and Duane Nutter of One Flew South are both "down as guest chefs for a Brown-Forman lunch today," according to an email from Anthony Lamas of Seviche. Richards and Nutter both formerly worked at the Seelbach Oak Room with Chef Bobby Benjamin who now helms La Coop, where Lamas and the Atlanta pair were visiting. Lamas says the Oak Room veteran trio convinced him to conduct a one-night pop up at his restaurant. "We were all at La Coop and they kept egging me on so I finally said, ok, let's do this S-#*~!," wrote Lamas. Richards, Nutter and Bejamin will be cooking with whatever they find in Lamas' kitchen, which he says includes "some beautiful Tuna, hanger steak, sunchokes, truffles, octopus, salmon, chiles" and may appear on a la carte items.
