Copper Mugs Most Popular Cops From Exchange, Silver Dollar

Eater's been asking restaurant folks around town for tales of terrible customers who take things that don't belong to them. Whether it's careful parsing of commodities prices or simply alcohol-fueled confusion, Moscow Mule copper mugs seem to be popular take aways from both The Silver Dollar and New Albany's Exchange Pub + Kitchen. El Camino's Brian Enyart heard from his partners at The Silver Dollar that patrons "love the Copper Moscow Mule mugs and mason jar soap dispensers," while Ian Hall from The Exchange tells Eater the mugs "are a hot commodity." Hall graciously provided a drink recipe for thieves (at least those with the initiative to make their own ginger and simple syrups) to enjoy their Exchange experience wherever they and their purloined mug happen to be.

MOSCOW MULE
1 1/2 ounces Bison Grass Vodka
1 ounce house-made ginger syrup
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce house-made simple syrup
Top with club soda
Garnish with lime wedge
Serve in a stolen Exchange copper mug
