Anthony Lamas of Seviche is going to get his chance to "Beat Bobby Flay" when he appears on an upcoming episode of Food Network's new series. The CJ quotes Lamas as saying the show's format involves "taking some of the most talented chefs … they give two of them a chance to battle each other and whoever wins battles Bobby." Lamas doesn't share details of the episode, but adds "I think I made Louisville proud." [Courier-Journal]
