Chris Ross, the executive chef at Bristol Catering, credits Zumba, tallying calories and the book "French Women Don't Get Fat" by Mireille Guiliano as keys to his tale of losing 140 pounds over 10 years. Ross told CNN that when he began his fitness journey he took note of everything he ate or tasted as a chef, and discovered he was "taking in 6,000 calories a day." Ross also said he believes the key to healthy weight is "not guilt or deprivation but learning to get the most from the things you most enjoy." [CNN.com]
