Holy Grale's "design-focused" three-room bed and breakfast, GraleHaus, is slated to open soon behind the Bardstown Road restaurant. Early customer Ryan Rogers of Feast BBQ sampled a soft-opening menu from chef Andy Myers that included such dishes as duck confit crepes, porchetta sandwiches, and salt-cod frisée salad. Beer-based beverages like the Haus Mimosa, Berliner Weisse with orange juice, and Haus Shandy, Pilsner plus grapefruit juice, were also available.
