Chef Annie Pettry is a nominee for Food & Wine Magazine's "The People's Best New Chef," Southeast Division. The magazine lists one of the Decca chef's "amazing" qualities as leaving San Francisco for Louisville without ever visiting the Derby City. "The People" can vote for Chef Pettry through March 31.
