The Food Network says "when it comes to facing off against an Iron Chef, everyday skills may not be enough to succeed." This evening Seviche Chef Anthony Lamas takes the stage as part of the premiere of "Beat Bobby Flay," where a two-chef showdown determines who will advance to "battle with Bobby." Seviche's Facebook page says Lamas will take on an "Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto protégé at 10 p.m., but does not reveal whether Lamas gets to "beat Bobby."
