See Edward Lee's 'Mind of a Chef' Kickoff Trailer

PBS says it is "excited to officially announce that 'Mind of a Chef' Season 3 will feature Chef Edward Lee and Magnus Nilsson [of Fäviken in Sweden]!" The premier isn't until September 6, but (possibly through the generosity of viewers like you) PBS has already posted the trailer on YouTube, where the 610 Magnolia/Milkwood chef can be seen wandering through Canarsie in Brooklyn and munching on fried fish in a pickup truck.
