Copper Cupcake Has Closed

Norton Commons and its environs are enjoying Copper Cupcake no longer. Even though the closing was announced April 2, Shannon Loucks' cookies, cupcakes, brownies, pies, and breakfast breads were supposedly to be on offer through today. However, a Facebook comment reads: "We ran through all of our ingredients and sold out yesterday, so unfortunately we are not open today." Another note from "Shannon & Joe Loucks and the Entire Copper Cupcake Team" quotes Pappy Van Winkle before going on to add: "Unfortunately, this journey has come to an end, but we move on to the next one with the same optimism and enthusiasm as when we started Copper Cupcake. We cannot thank you enough for the gracious feedback and support over the past three years. We will miss you all."
