"No meat, no booze, no matter" says Robin Garr in his review of Roots, the slightly swankier but still abstemious side of Coco Tran's Bardstown Road shared kitchen/tofu factory Roots/Heart & Soy. Garr thought the dishes on one visit lacked salt, but overall enjoyed his meals, especially a crispy potato nest "filled with veggies, tofu and veggie 'ham'" and Hue soup "loaded with crisp veggies and coconut milk."
