The CJ says Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse was the place to see celebri-types in town for Derby. Though someone spotted Unstoppable jockey Rosie Napravnik at Napa River Grill, Kirby Adams reports Ruby's downtown cow palace was the place to spot such luminaries as "Olympian Michael Phelps, former baseball great Ken Griffey Jr., trainer Bob Baffert, coach Rick Pitino, singer Joey Fatone, singer Sammy Hagar, retired football star Warren Moon, actor Terry O'Quinn and designer Hugo Boss."
