At the topping-off ceremony for the Hilton Garden Inn Clay Commons Thursday, plans were announced for a 14,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant with 4,000 square feet of outdoor space. Stephen Schwartz, CEO of Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group, promised the restaurant, which for now carries the name "8 Up Liquor Bar," would be "the first of its kind in Louisville."
