"Gonna be awesome!" That's how Chef Edward Lee described his planned "Southern Dim Sum" menu for Sunday brunch at Milkwood. For $23 per person diners can choose four items, though the menu notes people may "select the same dish more than once." Grilled shrimp with Nuoc Mam, Tempura Fried Tofu with Tonkatsu and Seafood Sausage Hushpuppy with Sriracha Aioli are only some of the selections within this newly discovered category of foodstuffs.
