Executive Chef Tyler Morris is conducting a $45-per-person "Charcuterie Class" this evening at Rye on Market, where he will discuss "the nature of charcuterie" and "the various types and methods of meat curing and preservation." The price includes samples of pepperoni, salami, etc. plus a glass of wine, but those more interested in cocktails than curing can stop by for the restaurant's new summer cocktail list. Rye beverage director/potion phenom Doug Petry did not provide Eater with a full lineup, but did say the list includes a Pimm's Cup with local strawberries, the gin & grapefruit juice "Blush & Bashful" and a bourbon concoction called "Dr. Forester's Last Words."
