Monday, June 9 marks the opening of Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza's newest and first Louisville location on Shelbyville Road. As part of the celebration Blaze will give away "build-your-own artisanal pizzas" on Tuesday, June 10, between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. Anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook will be eligible.
Blaze Pizza says the grammatically innovative franchise's "interactive ordering format ... allows guests to create their own custom artisanal pizzas at lightning fast speed" before "generously sized personal pizzas" are "fast-fire'd" in under two and a half minutes. Louisville's Blaze Pizza will be operated by The Millennial Restaurant Group. One of the largest Blaze franchise organizations, Millennial consists of James Patterson Sr., Jim Patterson II, Ulysses (Junior) Bridgeman, Wayne Albritton and Collins Cogan, all industry professionals who have owned and operated numerous successful restaurants in the Louisville and Kentucky markets for many years.
