Chef/Partner Peng Looi told Eater that while he will still have four or five large dishes for people who "want to splurge, or are very hungry," to start Asiatique's 20th year of operation most of the dishes will be small. Looi, who continues his multiple decades of bringing Pacific Rim sensibilities to Central Kentucky products, said there will be a variety of options, including "Asian-inspired burgers, a couple of Japanese and Malaysian-inspired noodle broths—using the real ramen noodles, not the 65-cent stuff you buy from Kroger." The new small plates menu may shift with the season, but it begins July 4 and Looi provided Eater with a preview.
