After Adding Allan Rosenberg, The Place Downstairs Adds Tuesday Service

As of July 8, The Place Downstairs will have expanded both its chef lineup and its hours of service. Chefs Fernando Martinez and Allan Rosenberg have added Tuesday tables to the subterranean spot beneath Mussel & Burger Bar, one of Martinez' other successful restaurants. The Place Downstairs opened in March with dinner service from Wednesday through Saturday. Rosenberg left Papalinos Pizza for The Place Downstairs last month.
