Louisville-based Texas Roadhouse has been named one of the fastest-growing restaurant companies in the United States by STORES Magazine, based on the company's 10% growth in domestic sales. Each August STORES releases its "Hot 100 Retailers" list, which ranks the fastest-growing companies with domestic sales of more than $300 million. Neither Texas Roadhouse nor any other Louisville-based retailer make the "Hot 100" list, but Texas Roadhouse was the only Louisville company appearing on any of the breakout listings, which include fast-growing restaurants, big-box retailers, e-commerce sites and more retail categories.
