What: Tuscan Wine Dinner

When: August 27 and 28, 6:30 p.m. reception
Special guests Chef Gina Stipo of Ecco La Cucina and Oliva Bella founder Lea Ann Vessels along with David DuBou of Vintner Select team with Kathy Cary and crew for an $80 per-person menu of five courses featuring pairings such as Panzanella with Fontaleoni 2011 Vernaccia di San Gimignano and roasted pork loin, shoulder and belly with Ciacci Piccolomini 2011 Rosso di Montalcino.

What: Torres Spanish wine dinner
Where: Varanese
When: Tuesday, September 9, 6:30 p.m.
Featuring guest speaker Thom Horsey, the six-course $65 per-person dinner paired with Spanish wines will such dishes as grilled oysters with warm pineapple and cilantro paired withTorres Verdeo and char-roasted golden tomato gazpacho with Torres Coronas Tempranillo.

What: Rombauer Wine Dinner
Where: Equus
When: Thursday September 11, 2014, 7 p.m.
Emceed by Clyde Gilbert from Napa Valley's Rombauer Vineyards, the four course $65 per-person menu will feature dishes such as pork roulade paired with Merlot and seared duck breast paired with Cabernet Sauvignon.
