Levon Wallace was declared the "winner" of the Cochon Heritage BBQ event on September 7. The real winners were most likely the lucky attendees who enjoyed a plethora of pork products from heritage pigs, prepared by chefs from from Feast BBQ, Proof on Main, Rye, El Camino and Corbett's. Bruce Ucan of Mayan Café and Jay Denham of Woodlands Pork also made appearances. [Courier-Journal]
